My Precious Circle-in-Square Baby Blanket

Salam,

Alhamdulillah hari ni dh pos blanket yg ditempah dr Jln Tun Sambanthan, KL.. Atie ambil masa lebih kurang 3 minggu utk siapkan blanket ni.. Walaupun penat, tp I enjoyed every second while crocheting it.. "Satu hari satu square, lama2 jd blanket" ... Haaa itulah antara kata2 semangat yg Atie cipta sendiri utk teruskn usaha proses menyiapkan selimut ni :) and u know.. Inilah hasilnya.. Gorgeous x? Hihii

Jika diperhatikan, ada 6 tona warna yg Atie gunakan untuk buat selimut ni.. Ada petak besar & petak kecil yg di tengah2nya berbentuk bulatan.. Sbb tu Atie namakan blanket ni Circle-in-Square Blanket. Customer ni nakkan base selimutnya berwarna merah & ditambahkan words: MY PRECIOUS. Jom kita zoom 6 tona warna yg Atie maksudkan tu...

So, basically ada warna : Biru, Ungu, Kuning, Hijau, Oren & Merah Jambu.

Nampak mcm senang kan buat petak2 ni.. Sbnrnya Atie juga enjoy bila siapkan petak2 kecil ni.. Semuanya berjumlah : 32 petak kecil + 12 petak besar.. Yg agak menggetarkan jiwa utk siapkan adalah bila nk menyambungkan petak2 ni.. Tp demi customer, Atie usahakan yg terbaik to the end.. 

Untuk tujuan rekod peribadi Atie sendiri, Atie simpulkan ada 4 langkah untuk siapkan blanket ni:

1. Buat petak2 guna warna yg dikehendaki, dgn jumlah yg diingini

2. Susunkan petak2 td secara random atau in organized form.. All is depends on your own creativity ;)

3. Tabahkan hati semasa proses mencamtumkan semua petak2 td.. Lagi byk petak dibuat, lg renyah la kejenya ;)

4. Finally, buatlah edging bbrp rounds di sekliling cantuman petak2 td atau tmbh apa2 embellishment yg berkenan di hati.. 

And believe me, u will satisfy with the result which u make on your own effort.. Akan lebih menghargai hasil tgn sendiri .. 

ICE Yarn Hat & Beanie

Hari ni hari minggu, tetiba datang mood nk try pattern hat & beanie ni.. sbnrnya mood dtg ni sbb nk boost up mood utk siapkan order baby blanket yg dh nk masuk seminggu Atie buat, x siap2 lagi smpi tergendala nk kait projek baru.. anyway, bila dh siap 2 topi ni, mood utk sambung kait blanket datang balik..heee.. Atie guna lebihan benang dari ICE Yarns yg Atie guna utk buat dress baru2 ni..

Projek paling simple nk try of course la hat.. so, Atie try la buat pattern Emerald Baby Hat, free pattern dari Ery Da'Knit..

Little Customer : Qaseh Amani

"Lots of Love" Sacque for Qaseh Amani

I'm so happy to share this dress.. with "lots of love" stitch :)

The original pattern for the dress is named "Little Sunshine Sacque". However, this particular dress is turned to be so full with loves (in bright rose yarn), i've decided to name this sacque as Lots of Love Sacque :) The customer want me to make one dress for her 4-months daughter with combination of light turquoise + dark pink yarn. Thus, i picked Lion Brand yarn for light turquoise & Alize Diva for bright rose (dark pink) yarn. I'm so happy as this baby set has been delivered to the customer in Kulaijaya, Johor, yesterday :) Hopefully the parcel may arrive her today..

This baby set comprises of:

1. Lots of Love Baby Sacque

2. Bobble-Stitch Booties

3. Flower Headband

p/s: I started making this order on 18/12/2013 (dress) & all items were completed yesterday :)

"Lots of Love" Sacque ( ..in the making.. )

This evening I started to crochet the order from Johor for a 4-months old baby. She ordered one set of dress with matching booties & headband, using imported yarns. These pictures were snapped during my flight back from KLIA to Kota Bharu, after attending 3-days course at Felda Residence Hotel, Trolak, Perak since 16th Dec. My flight was boarded from KLIA at 6.30 pm..

Orange Flower Headband - 4 Different Designs

If u saw my last post (13/12/2013), u will notice that i made one newborn baby set order for aqiqah event.
Actually, the customer also ordered 4 pcs of flower headband with orange theme. The headbands are for her nieces aged 4 years old (2 kids) , 2 years old and 10 months old, respectively.

As u may see, I'm using 2 flower patterns (one with button at the center, and one without) & 2 types of band. I only switch between the two flowers & band to make up 4 different headbands :)

Newborn Set for Aqiqah Event

Salam..

This set was ordered by my customer in Terengganu :) She's so sweet by ordering this set exclusively for her sister who's delivered her son on last 10th December 2013 :) And she's ordered this for her nephew's aqiqah event, which is planned on 16th Dec 2013 :)

I'm so relieved that I managed to complete the order yesterday.. Let's look what's included in the set :)
